Adjustable epidural video-guided catheter

Innovative system designed for endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of the epidural space. Resascope and its components are designed and manufactured specifically for a percutaneous and minimally invasive approach to the spinal canal.

Flexible electrode for surgical lysis with MQR®1 (Molecular Quantum Resonance®1) technology

Resaflex makes it possible to reach and treat scar structures by exploiting the principle of Molecular Quantum Resonance®1 to break down the molecular bonding of pathological adhesions.

IESS® Resaloon
Balloon catheter for epidural plastic surgery

Resaloon is the balloon catheter designed and certified for use with the Resascope video-guide in the epidural space.

CHARACTERISTICS AND ADVANTAGES:
  • Allows dilatation of the stenotic canal
  • Allows pathological adhesion structures to be separated from the dura mater
  • Allows to reduce the volume of physiology introduced and to clean the channel, making the image displayed through fibre optics clearer

IESS® Resaplus
Catheter for endoscopic ganglionic neuromodulation

Resaplus is the new multifunctional catheter designed and certified for use with the Resascope video guide to enable pulsed radiofrequency (PRF) treatment of the spinal ganglia during the IESS® procedure.

CHARACTERISTICS AND ADVANTAGES:
  • Allows predictive stimulations at 50Hz (sensory st.) and 2Hz (motor st.)
  • PRF on all spinal segments, with controlled temperature < 42°
  • Drug infusion during the surgery
  • Possibility of leaving the catheter in place for up to 48 hours after the surgery

RESABLATOR 50
Patented generator with MQR®1 (Molecular Quantum Resonance®1) technology

Resablator50 provides the ideal energy to break down, via Resaflex, the molecular bonds of pathological structures within the epidural space, without causing thermal damage and new epidural scarring.

CHARACTERISTICS AND ADVANTAGES:
  • Working frequency starting from 4MHz and subsequent harmonics
  • Finds application for minimally invasive electrosurgical procedures
  • Surgical procedures performed through Resablator50 enable fast and pain-free post-operative healing
  • Resablator allows 2 types of predictive stimulation tests:
    • Sensory stimulation (50Hz), to select and verify the treatment area
    • Motor stimulation (2Hz), in order to exclude motor root involvement and make therapy safer

Flexible scope represents the leading technological edge in endoscopic quality and design.
The flexible fibre-optic endoscope is critical to accurately identify the causes of pain and the anatomical structures in the epidural canal.
